Session Recordings

For the purpses of ongoing access and platform quality, all Services conducted through MyTarotTable are securely recorded. This includes and is not limited to written messages, live session and pre-recorded sessions. These recording will only be visible to the Session's participants, and those who the participants share session with. They will not be used for advertising or marketing.

MyTarotTable personnel may access your session content in these limited cases:

• Help to deliver services purchased
• Technical support and/or troubleshooting
• Improving platform safety and reliability
• Reviwing reports of fraud, disputes, or abuse
• Fulfilling legal obligations (e.g., subpoenas)

All access is logged and restricted to authorized staff with strict confidentiality agreements.

Some Creators may choose to deliver content via third-party links (e.g., Twitch Streams, private YouTube videos). When this happens:

• Members should download the information when possible, if permitted
• MyTarotTable does not/cannot manage or retain that information
• The Member may lose access if the Creator removes the link or their account

By accepting such information, you acknowledge that MyTarotTable is not liable for its long-term availability

Data Retention and Your Rights

Session content is stored for as long as your account remains in an active state or as needed to support the Service.

You may request:

• Clarification on how Your PI is being used
• A copy of Your PI
• Correction or removal of account information (where possible)
